Nicole graduated from the University of Providence Master of Science in Counseling in 2024. She focuses on women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum, and other various issues including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, stress management, grief and loss, and marriage/relationship.

Lindsey welcomes working with individuals and couples with diverse backgrounds, cultures and experiences. She specializes in helping clients navigate life transitions, explore relationship dynamics and attachment needs, deal with grief, anxiety and depression, explore dreamwork and existential states, mindfulness, spiritual growth and music therapy.

April completed the two-year Comprehensive Training in Hakomi with M.E.T.A. in 2021, and continues to have ongoing consultation, mentorship, and training in Hakomi.

Hadas graduated from Naropa University with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology. She uses she/her pronouns and she also holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara in English Literature.

Greg works with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges. He will help you tackle depression, anxiety, conflict, PTSD, grief and other challenges so that pain and fear do not block you from life satisfaction and good relationships.

Stephen is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, and Alternative Therapist who has practiced Chinese medicine since 2012 and has trained in Body-Centered Psychotherapy (the Hakomi method) since 2016. In 2022 he decided to deepen his counseling work by enrolling in a Master's program to embark on the path toward.

Jesse Zook Mann is deeply passionate about his work. He eagerly looks forward to working with clients, employing a humanistic, client-centered approach that draws from solution-focused and family systems frameworks. Jesse's dedication to his clients is evident in his collaborative approach.

Stef integrates principles from Hakomi mindfulness based somatic therapy with person centered counseling, expressive arts therapy and dreamwork within a culturally responsive, family systems and attachment based framework.

Glen is a Master's student at Adam State University, where he is completing a double endorsement in school counseling and clinical mental health.

Dakota embraces a mindful, present-centered approach to therapy, inviting the deeper self to emerge within the therapeutic space.

Natalia has dedicated over a decade to promoting individuals' well-being. Her journey began with leading mindful movement programs and teaching yoga and breathwork to help clients connect with their bodies.

Monica is pursuing a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University.

Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Hakomi Therapist, and Certified Holistic Health Coach. She works primarily with clients who are struggling with trauma, self-actualization, grief and loss, ​anxiety/ panic​, depression, disordered eating, body image & acceptance, spiritual/religious inquiry, being highly sensitive, and making life transitions.

Audra has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She provides individual and couples counseling for adolescents, adults, and elder adults.

Ashley (call me Ash!) is a Board Certified and Licensed Music Therapist who has been practicing in Portland Oregon since 2019.

Raman is a counseling intern currently enrolled at Lewis and Clark College and is EMDR trained. She works with adults to explore lifelong patterns and cycles that are shape the present.

Luna graduated with her master’s degree from Adams State University in Clinical Mental Health. Her therapeutic approach is both collaborative and humanistic.

Meredith works well with people who are going through transitional periods in their life, or whom are seeking the courage to make changes in their life. Whether those changes be relational, professional, or familial; such as getting married, having children, getting divorced, or becoming empty nesters.
